Yes! A$100 non-refundable retainer will be required upon booking. Reservations are allocated on a first come first serve basis. All retainers are non-refundable, however if you need to reschedule it can be applied towards a different date.

Cancellations 7 business days or more prior to your event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 business days prior to your event will result in the loss of retainer.

We require your non-refundable retainer to be paid through our site. The remaining balance, however can be paid through Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App 48 hours before your event.

Yes! We disinfect all Bounce houses and party equipment and follow Covid-19 guidelines. We will always deliver sanitized, vacuumed and cleaned items to your event.

A charge will be applied if equipment is damaged due to carelessness. A cleaning fee may also be applied if rules are failed to be followed.

We set up on grass, turf, concrete and asphalt. We unfortunately cannot set up on rocks, gravel, sand or dirt. You can also set up indoors but keep dimensions in mind.

We will not set up outdoors if it’s rain in the forecast or winds over 15 mph. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a backup if it should rain/windy on the day of your event. Retainers are non refundable for weather related cancellations. You may however use your retainer as a credit for a future date.

Yes, delivery and pick up is included. We will setup at least 2 hours before the start of your event. An extra delivery fee is charged if located outside of service area. Please contact us for details.

75 ft from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. We will provide all electrical cords.

Yes! You are more than welcome to decorate the bounce houses. Our bounce houses come with hooks on the outside to hang balloon installations. We ask that you please read the rental/liability contracts carefully if you plan on installing any items.
